Grown by a dedicated cooperative of smallholder farmers, El Pensativo is a bright and balanced single origin with notes of crisp apple, peach, and smooth chocolate. Hints of hazelnut and caramel add warmth, while a gentle acidity lifts the cup without overpowering.

Ideal for filter or cafetiere brewing, this is a clean, fruit-forward coffee with just the right touch of sweetness and depth.
