We find this Uganda to be clean with a balanced sweetness and acidity, with dark fruit flavours like blackberries and a hint of spiced cloves and cinnamon. 

Locally grown in small farms surrounding the Kingha Estate in the South Western region of Uganda.  This coffee is part of a project that is committed to working with the local farmers to improve all of their incomes.

“What we like is the unique process - Extended Fermentation Natural, which makes it a really interesting single origin with complex spice flavours.  We would suggest brewing using filter or cafetière - it’s great black but you can also try with milk”
